The markup is what a supplier adds to each kWh bought, incl. VAT, on top of the price above. The monthly fee is its fixed charge for electricity, incl. VAT; the grid operator’s fees come on top and are the same whichever supplier. Export is what a kWh sold earns: under net metering (until 2027) the full all-in price, after that the spot price. A supplier’s export fee or bonus is shown against it.
Supplier cost per year
What each supplier charges on top of the price above, per year: twelve times the monthly fee plus the markup on every kWh bought, at today’s tariffs. The price of the electricity itself, energy tax and grid fees are the same whichever supplier, and are left out.
Prices come from https://api.krul.nu, which publishes the day-ahead market (EPEX) and supplier tariffs as an open API.
